			2009 Dance/Choral/Theatre		Starting at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2009, there are 24 perfomances scheduled over the two days on the main stage in front of the T.O. Civic Arts Plaza.
			2009 Musical Groups (Bands)		Performances will be held at 1:00 - 3:00 p.m and 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 26 and Sunday, September 27 at The Lakes amphitheatre (adjacent to the T.O. Civic Arts Plaza).
			2009 Declaration & Release		All performing groups must include a signed declaration and release with application.
