			2010 Dance/Choral/Theatre		Starting at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 11, 2010, there are 24 perfomances scheduled over the two days on the main stage in front of the T.O. Civic Arts Plaza.
			2010 Musical Groups (Bands)		Performances will be held at 1:00 - 3:00 p.m and 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 11 and Sunday, September 12 at The Lakes amphitheatre (adjacent to the T.O. Civic Arts Plaza).
			2009 Declaration & Release		All performing groups must include a signed declaration and release with application.
